- Video & audio tapes should be playable and free of white mould
- Cine reels should be undamaged with spooling intact
- Audio Reels should be playable and a continuous tape
- Vinyl records must be dust free and playable. Scratches may affect the quality.
- Photos to be loose. No post-its, adhesives or tape. Must not be bent or torn
- 35mm Slides should be made from card and not bent
- 35mm Negative film should be on strips or reels and as clean as possible
- CDs & DVDs must be playable & removed from cases or sleeves.
- One copy of copyrighted material from legally purchased authentic original, for personal use only.
- Copysmith is not liable for damage caused during conversion or transfer
- Copysmith is not liable for loss or damage in transit with third party carriers or couriers.
- The condition of source materials is directly linked to the output on the new format. Poor quality source material equals poor copy copies
