- Audio Reels should be playable, on their reel and be one continuous tape.
- Audio Tapes and cassettes should be playable
- Vinyl records must be dust free and playable. Scratches may affect the output quality.
- Photos are to be loose, not in albums, free of post-its, adhesives and tape. They must not be bent or torn
- 35mm Slides should be made from card (Glass slides will be charged at a premium) and not bent
- 35mm Negative film should be on strips or reels and as clean as possible
- MiniDisc and MiniDVD, CD & DVD must be playable. Minor scratches will not affect quality. More than 25 must be removed from their cases or sleeves.
- Memory Cards must be readable
- Minor damage or repairs may be carried out free of charge. More serious damage or repair will be charged, at our discretion.
- Due to the nature of the technologies we are dealing with, when submitting your items for conversion & transfer there is always a risk. Copysmith will not be held liable for damage during the transfer and conversion process.

Packing Instrutions
- Once you have placed your order pack your items
- Make sure your items are packaged safely
- Copysmith will send you a pre-paid postage label
- The label measure approximately 24cm x 18 cm and needs affixing to your package on receipt
- At your local Post office you will be able to scan and despatch your package
- Please make sure you get a receipt with your tracking code
- Your package is sent entirely at you own risk.
- Copysmith is not liable for any loss due to the actions of An Post
- Any loss or damage should be reported to An Post
- This applies to the return of you items as well.
