In the meantime, here are some guides for you.

If you have a photo on your Smart Phone that you wish to use please make sure that you export the photo at the highest possible resolution. Anything under 300dpi will give poor print results and any print is only as good as the artwork that is provided.

If you have a physical photo that you wish to use you can send the photo to Copysmith at the address on our Contact Page and we will scan the photo to the correct resolution for printing.

Alternatively, if you want to design your own artwork please send us artwork preferably as PDF saved at 300dpi. Make sure your text is saved as outlines. Always remember to remove the template before sending artwork.

We always recommend that precious memories are sent by Recorded Delivery or courier. Please do not send precious photos by standard post.
